DESCRIPTION:Strength Training Festival at Curves \nCurves will be hosting a Strength Training Festival for women in Kenilworth over the next month. \nThe festival will run from Monday\, January 15 to Thursday\, February 15 and Curves are also offering a free week trial for local women. \nCurves Kenilworth is a women-only fitness club\, where all members are supported by a coach and women can work out any time without time restrictions. \nStrength Training helps preserve and enhance muscle mass\, improve blood circulation\, coordination and balance – to help with performing everyday task with less effort and for longer periods of time. \nEvents over the festival will include: \n\nA ‘Muscle Suit Day’\, where individuals will have to pin the correct muscle name on a suit worn by a coach.\n‘Dice Days’\, where a big dice will be thrown and the number will lead to a pre-determined exercise.\nA themed event on Valentine’s Day\, with all members asked to dress in red.\n\nTo find out more about Curves Kenilworth visit http://www.curves.eu/uk/clubs/curves-kenilworth or contact the club on 01926 853000. \n  \n  \n  \n
