A new Banking Hub has officially opened at Talisman Shopping Centre, bringing face-to-face banking services to Kenilworth residents after closures of high street banks in the town.
Located at 23 Talisman Square, the Banking Hub provides residents, businesses and community organisations with access to everyday banking services from a range of major high street banks under one roof.
The Banking Hub provides residents, businesses and community organisations with access to everyday banking services from a range of major high street banks under one roof.
The facility, operated by Cash Access UK, offers a shared banking service designed to ensure customers can continue to access cash, make deposits, withdraw funds and speak to banking representatives in person. Community bankers from major banks are available on designated days throughout the week, providing support with more complex banking enquiries.
The opening marks an important milestone for the town following the closure of several traditional bank branches in recent years. The new hub ensures that people who rely on face-to-face banking services continue to have convenient access to essential financial services in a central and accessible location.
The Banking Hub moved into its permanent home at Talisman Shopping Centre after initially operating from a temporary location at Kenilworth Library. Its arrival further strengthens the range of services available at the shopping centre and reinforces Talisman’s role as a key destination for the local community.
The hub is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and offers counter services alongside scheduled community banker appointments from participating banks.
Visitors can find the Banking Hub in Talisman Shopping Centre alongside the shopping centre’s mix of independent retailers, national brands, cafés and services.
